Orly Livnoni Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Livnoni is the founder and CEO of Galor, a position she has held since 2002. In her role,
Orly uses her exceptional management skills to ensure that Galor is successful in all fields.
Prior to this role, Orly acted as commercial director of the company.
With over 17 years experience in the travel and IT industries, Orly brings a unique perspective
that allows her to develop innovative products that solve the daily challenges of global travel providers.
Orly holds a B.A. in Economics and an Executive MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Amir Evenchik Deputy CEO and Chief Customer Officer
Amir joined Galor in 2007 as Chief Customer Officer after 17 years as manager of a software engineering department
at Motorola Israel Ltd.
Amir brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of software development, and has coordinated multiple development
groups in different worldwide locations and organizations. As Galor's Chief Customer Officer, Amir is responsible
for managing the company's worldwide activities as they relate to customer relationships, service, support and projects.
In 2008, Amir was appointed deputy CEO. In this role, Amir is accountable for the day-to-day activities and operations
in the company, including the development and customer departments.
Amir holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Adi Shpigel Chief Technical Officer
Adi has been a member of the Galor team since 1998, and in 2007 was appointed CTO. Over the years, Adi has successfully
filled numerous positions including programmer, development team leader and head of the development group.
Adi holds a B.Sc in Computer Science From Tel-Aviv University, B.A in Management from Tel-Aviv University and MBA
from Tel-Aviv University.

Emil Kahn Chief Financial Officer
Emil has been CFO and a Galor board member since 2000.
Previously CPA at KPMG - a global firm offering audit, tax and advisory services, Emil was responsible for both
local and international accounts in the hi-tech and financial areas. Emil has extensive consultancy experience with
American and British firms regarding tax benefits both locally and internationally.
Emil holds a Bachelor of Arts with highest honors in Economics and Accounting from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Sharon Yehoshua Human Resources Manager
As human resources manager at Galor, Sharon is responsible for the recruitment, absorption and training of new staff;
ongoing care about the well being of the team; employee evaluations, and corporate culture. Sharon is a real
“people-person”, exuding personal warmth and excellent organizational skills.
Sharon previously worked in the HR capacity at Keshet – one of Israel’s largest TV outlets, as well as in other
hi-tech environments. She holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Business Management from Tel-Aviv University.
In both, she graduated with special honors.
