Partnership Agreement in the UK Market

March 8, 2007 - Carrera Systems, a leading Travel Software Specialist in the UK market, and Galor Systems, a leading supplier of end-to-end travel management solutions, announced today that the two companies have signed a partnership agreement. |

Founded in 2002, Carrera Systems provides a wide range of IT related services spanning from software development and in house packaged solutions through to consulting and recruitment resourcing. |

Galor Systems is a supplier of integrated end-to-end travel management solutions including front, mid and back office capabilities, with Web site and Web engine, for all types of travel companies including tour operators, travel agents, charter operators, congress organizers, wholesalers and more. Its flagship product GILBOA, based on .NET Technology, offers B2B, B2C, B2E and B2S solutions and includes capabilities such as two destination Dynamic Packaging; host to host interfaces for content worldwide to GDS, CRS, LCC; Google Maps functionality, and more. |

| This agreement covers the distribution of Galor’s flagship travel management solution ”GILBOA” in the UK market. Carrera will act as a sales, implementaton and training channel as well as providing tier 1 and 2 support for GILBOA users. | ||
